      Michael J. Wintheiser, P.E. is both a mechanical and chemical engineer and the principal of EMP Consultants, incorporated in 1999. Educated at Cal State Long Beach and UCLA, Mike has over 40 years of mechanical and plumbing industry experience at a variety of firms, including Swinerton & Walberg Builders, Honeywell, Fiberdyne and CF Braun.

      Steven M. Burke is an electrical contractor, systems inspector and estimator. He has worked with EMP Consultants since 2001. An electrical expert, Steve has licenses in California, Arizona and Nevada. Educated at Saddleback College and Orange Coast College, Steve has over 30 years of industry experience for JN Consulting, Hughes Electric, DesCon Construction, Burkhart Electric and Ziesing Electric.

Educated at Tri-State University, Angola Indiana, Mr. Smith has 35 years of mechanical engineering experience in Building Technology synthesis, design, operation and assessment at a variety of firms including TRC Engineers, Engineered Automation Systems, Inc. and ESCO.
